Getting a set of rock-hard six-pack abs is hard for anyone to obtain let alone for an obese man. You could probably imagine the grin on my face the day I woke up and weighed in at 175 pounds; I lost 70 pounds of fat and had very well defined abs. If you asked me over a year before if I had it in me to reach that level of fat loss, I might have laughed… and then cried.
